AMVCA best dressed female 2022 are stars who brought glamour and intrigue to the red-carpet moment.
Taking you through the 8-day event, from AMVCA runway show on Sunday, ‘Young Filmmakers Day’, featuring movie screening and panel discussion by students of the Multichoice Talent Factory Academy, on Monday.
Followed by the Africa Magic Content Market workshop on Tuesday, and Digital Content Creators’ Brunch on Wednesday. The Culture and Food Festival Day was held on Thursday, while the nominees’ gala was held on Friday.
The Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCA) is the biggest night for African movies where stars are nominated and awarded based on their categories.
The show is an annual event that is being held in Lagos, Nigeria. The first show started on 9 March 2013, and was broadcast live in more than 50 countries.
According to Wikipedia, the show is an annual accolade presented by Multichoice recognizing outstanding achievements in television and film.
Celebrities and guests adorned in their clothes as they attended the annual ceremony at the Eko Hotel and Suites.
This year, we noticed that Erica Nlewedim, Tacha, Osas, and Toyin Lawani, among others, wore bridal wear, red outfits, and magnificent looks.
AMVCA is an opportunity for designers and creatives to showcase themselves and no doubt African designers and stylists took the opportunity.
Also, AMVCA announced their best dressed and urged viewers to vote for their favorite on Instagram. The “Best Dressed Category” celebrities were Bimbo Ademoye, Belinda Effah, Bisola, Adukeshittabey, Adunni Ade, Hawa Magaji, Maria Chike, Alex Unusual, and Osas Igadoharo. Which Osas Igadoharo won. She also won Best Actress in Drama.

Erica Nlewedim
It was unusual for the star to show up at an event looking so adorable. Yet she did it and we are glad that she is taking her style classes.
The Reality TV Star wore an avant-garde look which is a Met Gala-worthy dress to AMVCA8. The dress is a statement piece, the cape, the butterflies, hair, and make-up were top notch and we commend the star for bringing something different to the AMVCA8. She brought fashion back to life with her look.
Toyin Lawini
The show stopper and fashion goddess Toyin Lawani arrived AMVCA8 in an inspired zodiac sign sketch of shame by Khbluwi. The outfit was styled by her.

Nengi wore a red gown to the AMVCA8. Which was designed by Xtrabridgesoflagos and styled by Medlinboss.
Tacha
Tacha brought her A-game to the AMVCA8. Her shining dress caught viewers’ attention and is among the most talked-about dresses by viewers.
